Please READ carefully. By purchasing a product or service from The Athlete’s Mentor, the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by The Athlete’s Mentor and Alesch Solutions, LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and you (“Client” or “you”), and you agree to the following terms stated herein.
The Company and you may be referred to collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
Company agrees to provide access to its programs and services (collectively, the “Programs”), which are designed to support mental toughness and self-leadership for athletes and their parents. These Programs may include digital or downloadable resources, online courses, one-on-one or group coaching, workshops, trainings, and online private forums operated by the Company (for any purpose), whether on a website hosted by Company or a third-party website such as an online course platform or social media.
As a condition of participating in any Program, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.
The Athlete’s Mentor offers a tiered structure of Programs, including but not limited to:
The MMT Self-Leadership System: A foundational program providing a measurement-backed system to build self-leadership and performance. Access to the 7-Mission MMT Curriculum and the MMT Private Community is granted for the lifetime of the service upon completion of a specified challenge period.
The Parent Locker Room: An ongoing support system for parents, typically offered as a monthly subscription.
The Momentum Action Plan & Strategy Session: A personalized action plan and a one-on-one strategy call.
MMT Champion: A group mentorship program providing live group coaching and direct access to coaches.
MMT Elite: A premium, high-touch coaching program offering direct one-on-one coaching and comprehensive support, available by application.
The Company will periodically make updates to the core Programs, and you will have access to updated materials for as long as the Company continues to offer the specific Program Area to its customers. This is what is referred to as “Lifetime Access” in our marketing materials for applicable Programs.
From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for a Program. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the program and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions throughout the year.
The Company reserves the right to offer additional program elements from time to time, for any subgroup of participants. These additional program elements are a bonus, not a part of the services included in the base version of the Program. The selection of the participants who may participate in any additional program elements is at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company generally gives a Lifetime Access license to students when they enroll in a course. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons, for example, if the course you enrolled in is the object of a copyright complaint, or if we determine its content violates our Terms.
Lifetime Access is for the lifetime of the Service. If for any reason, we should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Service terminates.
The Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Programs.
In consideration of your access to the Program(s) you select, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in each specific offer within the checkout process. All applicable fees and payment schedules will be clearly presented to you prior to your purchase.
Regardless of the Program you choose, the following terms apply:
If you request a refund and you received a physical workbook as part of your Program bonus package, you must return the physical workbook within 7 days after your approved refund request in order to be eligible for a refund. All non-US buyers will be responsible for international shipping costs and fees.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program and any bonuses, including loss of access and registration for any virtual events.
If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that the Company is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
If you elect a payment plan, you hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
For recurring payments and outstanding invoices, if all payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new payment method promptly or your Program access will be terminated.
If you do not request a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding payments, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.
We want you to be satisfied with your investment, but we also believe that transformation requires participation. Our guarantees are "Action-Based," meaning they are designed for athletes and parents who are committed to doing the work.
1. The MMT Self-Leadership System Guarantee
For the foundational MMT Self-Leadership System, we offer a 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee. If your athlete completes the first two missions within 14 days and you do not see real progress, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, the athlete must:
1. Watch all lessons in Missions 1 and 2.
2. Complete the practice exercises and "Mini Workouts" within the digital workbook.
3. Submit the reflection steps and XP tasks inside the platform.
2. The Champion Action-Based Guarantee
The MMT Champion program is a structured mentorship experience. We offer a specific guarantee for this tier to ensure engagement with the live and community elements.
To qualify for a refund under the Champion tier, the athlete must:
1. Attend or watch the replays for the first four Champion sessions.
2. Post thoughtful responses to the weekly discussion questions in the Champion Community.
3. Complete Missions 1 and 2 of the MMT system within the first 30 days.
3. Refund Requirements & Documentation
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at [email protected] within the applicable Refund Period (14 days for the Self-Leadership System; 30 days for Champion).
To ensure transparency and verify that the "Action-Based" requirements have been met, you must submit the following coursework with your request. Both the athlete and the parent must complete their respective sections.
From the Student-Athlete:
1. Lesson Reflections:
- Mission 1 Reflection: Submit your answer to the Lesson 1 Quick-Reflect: "What would actually change if your mind was as steady, strong, and trained as your body, skills, and routines?"
- Layers of Growth: From Lesson 4, identify which MMT layer you tend to skip or rush and how you will give it more attention.
- People Audit: From Mission 2, Lesson 1, submit your "Focus Script" (15 words max) used to protect your values and priorities.
- Huddle Check: From Mission 2, Lesson 2, submit one "Connect Action" you planned for a "Yellow" or "Red" connection in your huddle.
- Activity Audit: From Mission 2, Lesson 3, submit your "Swap Plan" (Instead of X, I'll do Y for Z minutes after [trigger]).
- Controllables: From Mission 2, Lesson 4, submit one "If-Then" statement you created to handle a common frustration.
2. Personal Reflections:
- Vision & Purpose: Submit at least five sentences detailing your most inspiring vision for yourself.
- Ultimate Why: Submit at least three sentences discussing why it is important for you to take action toward achieving your goals and/or overcoming your challenges.
- Action Support Analysis: What could The Athlete’s Mentor have done differently for you to take action toward your goals?
- Personal Fit & Expectations: Tell us why this program was not a good fit for you and your personal needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
From the Parent:
- Vision & Purpose: Submit at least three sentences detailing your most inspiring vision for your child’s growth through this process.
- Support Structure: Submit at least three sentences reviewing how you provided the time and environment for your child to engage with the missions.
- Progress Observation: Based on the first two missions, what specific "movement" (e.g., better ownership, faster resets, greater control) were you looking for that you have not yet seen?
- Fit & Expectations: Tell us why this program was not a good fit for your family. What did you expect to experience that did not happen?
4. General Refund Terms
- Discretionary Review: All refunds are discretionary and subject to verification that the required work was completed thoughtfully. "Checking the boxes" without meaningful engagement does not qualify for a refund.
- Physical Materials: If you received a physical workbook as part of a bonus, it must be returned (at your expense) within 7 days of an approved refund request. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Termination of Access: An approved refund immediately terminates your license to all Program materials, including community access, recordings, and digital workbooks.
- No-Refund Programs: Subscription-based programs (e.g., The Parent Locker Room) and high-touch coaching (MMT Elite) are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.
- Chargebacks: We do not tolerate chargebacks. Since we provide a clear, action-based path to a refund, any chargeback will be contested and may be reported to credit agencies.
